quote, and a related update
I just got this quote in an email newsletter, and it seemed very fitting for me right now (as these quotes I get always do... weird).

I thought I'd mention this, since I haven't posted about this topic in quite some time, and some of you were supportive/interested:
I've started reading a book/workbook called The Psychic Pathway: A Workbook for Reawakening the Voice of Your Soul (by Sonia Choquette) which is a 12-week "class," if you will, on psychic -- or sensitive/intuitive/craziness/whatever you want to call it -- development. It's meant to help with the fears, self-doubts, etc. that go along with having this... yeah, we'll go with "gift." ;)
It's written from a very spiritual stand point, by the way, which I think is awesome. So many people consider psychic ability somehow anti-God, but in my experiences so far, it's quite the opposite; I'm glad to be reading a book by an author with the same view.
So, yeah, there's my update on that subject.
