updates on life
Hey all! Here's the lowdown on things. I'll put the topics in bold so you can pick them out of my babble easier. ha ha.
- Mike's mom and my mom met today. We all went to the State Fair together, and all went very well. Yay! :) They seemed to just click right away. That's a load off of my mind, let me tell ya. It's not that I didn't think they'd get along, but you know, that's always a fear in the back of your mind.
- Best of Broadway rehearsals move from the Broadway Academy to the Luther Burbank Theatre tomorrow. Another "yay" for that! It'll only take about 10 minutes (one bus) to get there, versus 70-120 minutes I was spending (two buses, or two buses and a light rail train, depending on the day of the week/time I had to be there).
- I have tooth issues going on that aren't too pleasant, but oh well, everything else is going too well to be worried about it. I'll be having some cavities filled on the 30th, then I'll be having another of my wisdom teeth pulled sometime in the near future (hopefully somewhere in between the ending of Best of Broadway, and my trip to Vancouver -- so late September/early October, in other words).
- Four women I know are having babies. It's so weird/cool to have it all happening at once... ha ha. My closest friend, Diane is due in December (I swear she's even more beautiful now, and I didn't think that was possible), Gabbie (who runs the Biancaniello & Watters site with me) has about six weeks to go, Melissa (who's wedding I attended in April) is about two months along now, and a lady from Best of Broadway is due any day now (she won't be doing the show, because her doctor told her not to).
- Mike and I are still annoyingly happy. ;) I'm totally blissed out practically every day.
