We're freaks. ha ha!
I was invited to go out to sing with Elise, Cooki, KG, Sal, and Amy from Best of Broadway, not really knowing where, and we ended up at a place called the Starlight Cafe' off of Mack Road. Two former Best of Broadway cast members, Eddie [with his new wife] and Patrick were there also, which was a nice surprise.
Mike, we should have had you and your mom with us, because it was a Filipino club, and half the people were singing in Tagalog... hee hee! I was like "where's Felisa when I need her?" ;)
Anyway, I ended up singing "From This Moment On" by Shania Twain. I had also put in "If You Really Love Me" by Stevie Wonder as my next song, but it was getting pretty late, and we decided to leave (given some of us have to be at rehearsal at 8:00am -- not me, thankfully, I'm due there at 12 noon).
I guess I should close now and get some sleep.
