to start using fitday again. I really want to stick to my goal of eating around 50 carbs a day, 1200 calories, >30grams of fat. Didnt get off to a good start on the carb thing though. I ate yogurt and graham crackers for breakfast and now i'm at 45 carbs already. So for lunch and dinner I'm going to eat a low carb lean gourmet. So I'll probably end up at about 55 carbs today if I stick to that. No snacks. I won a exercise DVD on ebay last friday. Hopefully it will get here sometime in the next few days.
I really want to get a walk away the lbs DVD. Aim for at least 1 mile a day to start. I'm going to target later today before we pick up the kids so if the have it at target I may just get it there. If they dont have it I'll get it for alot cheaper at ebay but of course it will probably be at least a week before I would actually have it...
