Me:
nightangelca, C.A., the Korean Ninja. I'm usually Tatsumi on IRC, though I've also been seen there as Enjolras, Maladict and TupperwareMonster.
I play: Enjolras (
patria_ou_mort), Maladict (
bad_addict) and Tatsumi (
kagekachou).
Available on: AIM, Yahoo and MSN are on whenever my computer is on, whether I'm present or not. I'm on IRC during the times that I'm most likely to be involved in CFUD. E-mail is also a good way to go, though I've occasionally been known to be avoidant with my school e-mail inbox when there are scary things in it.
Timezone/Language: EST and English, though I can muddle through slowly with Spanish.
The playing experience: When I'm doing a few individual threads, I usually try to keep my reply time to ten minutes or less. If I'm especially inspired, you might get a nearly instantaneous reply back, but for the most part, I tend to be cautious and think on it for a while and then read over my response once or twice before posting it, so. Also, it depends on how quickly comment notifications are coming into my inbox. If I'm running a post, my response time tends to be more... regular? Since I just go down the page and refresh each thread, then go back to the top and start back down again, eventually skipping threads that have ended or appear to have been dropped. Regarding dropping... If it feels like the conversation has reached an ending point (to either me, the player, or whichever character I'm playing), I'll let a thread drop. If you don't want that to be the end, poke me! If I'm about to drop something due to exhaustion, I try to let the other player know that. And I generally don't continue threads the next day/week/whenever if it's only a casual conversation. Again, if you want to pick it back up, give me a poke!
Goals: Better character balance. (Not necessarily with comment counts, but with IC levels of social network building. I tend to fail with Enjolras when I'm braindead -- which has been a lot, lately -- because he requires me to be smart and... stuff.) More speed. More posts. Finish up those essays I've been working on for months.
Betaing: My canon repetoire is limited, but I'm willing to beta for things I know or don't know. Main thing is to contact me ahead of time, because my schedule sometimes goes wacky, so I'm never quite sure when I'll have time to get around to things.
AUs: Depends on the who, the what and the what's-happening-IRL. AUs are less of a priority for me than regular gameplay, so if my time is limited/I'm busy in regular CFUD, I'm probably not up for AUing. Story-line AUs, I'm pretty comfortable with anyone. Sexin' AUs, I generally have to see it as crack and/or IC.
Pimping: ...I really don't have much to pimp. Except for Les Mis. Which basically is me writing essays and giving links to the books because... public domain and stuff. And I have... a lot of recordings of Les Mis, though I don't use the musical as my canon, it's still fun. I'll pimp Les Mis to you like I'm blind. Or something. Only works when I'm at school, though, because I have a Dial-Up Connection of Death at home.
