oh my long lost journal... how i have needed you!
Basically, I have been neglecting everything "online." BUT YAY WORK HAS A NEW COMPUTER!!! So a ton has been happening.. starting with today...and getting screwed out of my vacation time and called into work. I am so excited about that! I applied for a job at Enterprise... I didnt get it. Which I am ok with... not thrilled... but I will live. Im not sure if my heart was really into leaving the hotel or not. I know.. how can you love something you hate so much? I honestly dont know how that works. I love the people I work with, I love the fact I know how to do my job and do it well, I hate that I am taken advantage of, that I put up with stupid people (guests not co workers), and the fact that I dont get paid worth anything. I have been so busy with interviews, volunteering at Greenhill, working (we are short staffed), and a boy! :)
I have a boyfriend! How did that happen you may ask? THATS A GREAT QUESTION! I dont really know how it happened. But I am in love! We have been dating for over a month now... and I have known him for about 8 months. I have never felt this way before.. how crazy is that! I have liked guys... i have been giddy about them.. but this is so different. He is here in Eugene which is a huge bonus! I get to see him everyday.. haha well most of the time. There was a stretch of about 3 days when I didnt really get a chance to talk to him because we were so busy but he came to leave a rose on my car while I was working and for some reason I just left early.. it was slow and I really wanted to get out of the hotel. I caught him! *blush* He was in his suit and tie..he smelled so good... ugh! ...and his dimples! and he says stuff like .. "you drive me so crazy, you are all i think about... i cant concentrate on work..." *blush* hehe.. i cant handle it.. its too cute! Seriously takes my breath away. IM SUCH A GIRL! and he bought me the Cheat from online...a stuffed animal haha.. i know.. its silly but I LOVE the Cheat. He is such a punk though.. he is trying to get me to wear Husky stuff... He keeps saying he is going to buy me a Husky t-shirt and after telling him i will never wear it because I bleed green and yellow he says one night when its dark he is just going to hand me a shirt and then turn on the light and BAM! IM WEARING A UW T-SHIRT!!! I FREAKED OUT AND HIT HIM!! BEAT HIM UP AND TRIED TO THROW HIM OUT OF HIS OWN CAR! hahaha. it was awesome! And if I come out of the house and find a Husky bumper sticker on my car I am going to staple duck stuff on his flesh! So yeah.. our relationship is a healthy one.. lol. He survived the attacks of Melissa... and Erin... haha Erin was pissed because the first time she saw him she just thought he was a friend and didnt get a good look.. but Melissa's known him as long as I have.. but she didnt know we were dating for a good 3 weeks.. haha then she yelled at me for 30 mins... "youve been dating him for 3 weeks and you didnt tell me!? he is so hot! I cant believe you are dating him!" She repeated that like 20 times in the yelling hahahaha. but.. ok enough about Chris... I could go on.. and on ... and on .. LOL but I wont...
Alaina went riding with Kyle yesterday her ridingboot got caught in the wheel and she fell off the quad... Kyle ran over her leg twice! She tore some muscles and now has to wear a brace... but she has a good story to tell!
Melissa, Erin and I went to breakfast yesterday at GJ's... it was actually really good compared to the ghetto look of the place on 6th St.. haha.
The cast of My Little Pony Live is staying with us at the hotel and we got VIP tickets and, dare I say it... back stage passes... eeeek! hahahahahaha oh man. Its hilarious when they come in from a show or dinner ... or just when they take a trip through the lobby... they are ALWAYS singing... :) hahah its great! I went out and bought My Little Pony fruit snacks for the occassion.. haha ... oh yes..they have them! OH MAN! I HAVE MY 24hr FITNESS PASS!! WOOOOO! I am going running tonight after work.. go me! I am motivated! I can do this! hahaha... Val and I are going to see her bridesmaid dress she has picked out for me on Tuesday... after Roxanne's baby shower... there is so much to do and so little time! Tomorrow.. hopefully I will get to finish the laundry I started today.. ok... well I better actually get back to work.. unfortunatly..
