This fucking program. I really don't use it anymore. I'm on every now and then, but if you really want to talk to me online, get on google talk. Come on, people. AIM's really terrible.

I recommend checking out trillian. It's simple shareware, but it utilizes the networks of AIM, Yahoo, MSN, etc. So you can use much less annoying software, but still be connected to chat pals on IM, etc.

I've actually been using gAIM for the past several months, but I'm still not pleased. There are occasional problems that I'm guessing are caused by AIM updates that aren't immediately met by other companies. I've heard from some others that trillian has had some problems, too (maybe Rob)?

Anyway, google talk just seems better on every level

do you have a gmail account? it's easy to chat with it. if you don't have one and want to get one, gimme your email address or email the one in my profile.

So is the other journal dead, or are these two tag-teaming it?

hmm i haven't decided yet. i think one at a time, so this one will be it. still, i may say things in the other one someday soon. crazy internet / series of pipes and tubes.
