I am committing fic.
I accidentally tripped and fell in some Hunger Games fandom. I didn't mean to. I didn't even like the series that much on a first read-through. But it grew on me, and I am all in for Peeta Mellark, and I've been mainliningfernwithy and silvercistern's stuff and hunting desperately for more.
But there wasn't enough, so I had to start scribbling my own, bit by bit, and now I have about seven thousand words of a fic that is refusing to take shape. It's an AU told through Haymitch, set in a Panem in which volunteering for the Games has never been allowed, and Peeta and Prim must face the arena together. If anyone thinks that sounds like a good time, I would be forever grateful if you had a preliminary look-see. Just to tell me if I'm on the right track. Or maybe if I'm on the wrong track, or if it's not a track at all but rather a trail of debris which I have mistaken for a track... It's late. I should stop typing now.
Point is - I would appreciate it lots n bunches.
