It's sort of odd.

The Infirmary is not infected; there is no reason not to visit if you are feeling ill/have broken body parts/need drugs.

That being said, I suppose I can understand why one wouldn't go when needed. Haus does tend to become violent around children. Luckily, he doesn't actually treat any patients. That would be my job, and for those that don't ( Read more... )

Nice to meet you as well. I'm almost glad that we've missed Quidditch season. It's the same way, too, when the professional season is over. Most of the teams get treated at St. Mungos, and it almost disturbs me to see how elated Haus is when he tells the Junior healers to re-set bones. Watch out, he could probably dodge a rock.

It isn't that he's nice, it's just that most of the time he's bored. Or avoiding work. Whichever. I suggest something he could slip on. And yes, I did. Would you mind if I asked why you were going through the store of potions when students are not allowed to touch them?

Normally, yeah. All right. Please refrain from it in the future, though. I'm sure if you yelled at him Haus would eventually help you if I'm not around.

When did it come about that I have to share my personal life with a student? Not to mention an accident-prone one?

The patients at St. Mungos with whiffle-ball sized bruises would like to know as well. As much as I try to get him to stop, he just doesn't listen.

It was actually a favour from Professor Dumbledore, Haus is a brilliant healer and from what the Headmaster says he needed one. And can you imagine - it was just going to be him in the Infirmary. Dumbledore hired me as well at the last moment (and, as I suspect, with a little persuasion.)
