ok, so.. I WENT TO CHURCH TODAY. it was absolutely insane. im talking about beluah ame baptist church in rural virginia. authentic black baptists going crazy. there was this really awsome section of the service in which people were allowed to " testify". in other words, they got up in front of everyone to share events in which they witnessed wonders of gods glory. lol. one lady talked about how her car broke down in georgia and she was rescued, and another guy talked about how he almost had a heartattack but took " two, no, two and a half" tablespoons of baking soda and he was okay. the pastor was relatively sane, not counting the instances in which he would leave the platform, run around in circles screaming, and return 30 seconds later. he had a good message though, ive got to give it to him.this sundays lesson: do what god says, or he will do bad things to you, "hes not santa claus". unfortunately i am a sinner, but im working on it. no joke. ive got to go more often its getting absurd.
so i got the scoop from cris, and it seems im gonna play !volleyball! i think/hope. as long as the coach is cool with it i should be home free. yay! never played a day in my life but that should just make it all the more fun/ridiculous.
