I read this story on my walking break from my new job. And darned if I didn't stop and shake my head at least four times at the TRUTH you were laying down!

Yeah, Anakin can't help but make it all about him. Every single darn time.

He knows the Council's waiting for him to crack. And so why don't they do more to PREVENT it? Gawrrrrrrrr.

Ahsoka was a better Jedi, but only because she didn't have the emotional damage that Anakin has to deal with. That and the Council breathing down his neck all the time . . .

Oh, Obi-Wan, such a good Master. Telling him to let it hurt--he knows his boy so well.

And OMG, maybe it's too hard to see when it's your own student! Foreshadowing!!! LOL

And finally, I feel so bad for them that the only choices they have to vent their overwhelming emotions are meditation, sparring, and eating. Talk about emotional problems. Yikes.

Maybe food will be solace, maybe Anakin will be mature about the loss - it's possible. The show portrayed him so well, and in a likable fashion at this stage of the saga. I'm sorry the program is gone, yet glad there is multitudes of fic out there to keep it safe in memory.
