It's definitely weaker, yes. Whatever kind you might have, expect it to be less potent that it was before. There doesn't seem to be any way to change that, for now.

I'm sure it's on many a to-do list, mine included. The problem is that the Malnosso run everything, so...figuring out how to work around that is tricky.

I does seem like magic is found in quite a number of the other worlds. It is weaker here due to a power cap.

... you might be able to slowly build up your strength again. And even though Zaiphon doesn't work as well here, there are certain elemental spirits native to this land that can aid you.
