It had only been three years above ground since Sam had taken Azazel, Dean, and the other special children with him into Hell. However, it had been 360 years down in Hell for Sam and Dean. And It wasn't like once they were there, Hell had immediately bowed down. It had been fifty years of a brutal war between the group that come to Hell with Azazel as their prisoner and the armies of Hell. Once the war had ended, it was agreed that the Boy King would, in fact, rule.

Dean hadn't been the same for the fifty years of war. He seemed to change inwardly, no longer could he ever be the righteous man that Heaven and Hell had wanted. Like in the previous reality he became Alastair's apprentice and Sam's right hand. That didn't mean Sam and Dean lost all vestiges of their humanity. Once it was meal time, they would go above ground where they still just Dean and Sam and get a meal. Sam still ate salads, and Dean ate artery clogging heart attacks on a bun.

Though now, when Dean was taking a break down stairs after a meal, he would hit on the succubi. They seemed to enjoy using the visage of 'Busty Asian Beauties'. Sam still laughed at that, his brother would never change, even if his eyes were white sometimes.

The other special kids had gone on different paths. Sam had figured out how to shut down Lily's powers. She didn't come out and say thank you then, not until a few days afterwards. As it turned out, Lily's girlfriend wasn't as dead as everyone had thought. She was merely in a coma. To Sam's surprise it was the second person Ruby had taken and he had learned how to restore her, sending Lily and her girlfriend Catherine on their way.

Andy had chosen to stick around, eventually slowly becoming a Crossroads Demon and the King of the Crossroad’s P.A. Sam still laughed at the situation. He had never seen Andy as the type for that kind of job but there he was, working for Crowley none-the-less.

Ava was the one he was least surprised about; she had taken to being one of his generals like a fish to water. Ava led the armies of Hell with an iron fist, not being just another demon and she could play them like puppets.

Jake Talley had been returned to his post and everyone that he knew was under the impression that the enemy had captured him and it had been arranged for him to be 'rescued'. Jake had just been promoted to Captain in the US Army while he was already a general of Sam’s army.

Azazel however didn't enjoy any sort of freedom; he was currently in a cage that he would never escape right next to Lucifer.

"Sam," a voice interrupted the Boy King's thoughts.

"Yeah, Dean?" Sam asked turning towards his brother, who still looked he had that day he came into Hell.

"Over thinking again?" Dean snarked.

"I'm 383 years old, I'm allowed contemplate things," Sam bit back.

"Correction you're 26 years old," Dean corrected him. "Bitch."

"Jerk." Sam said with a laugh. "Seems word is on the grapevine, Dad found out we let him out of Hell and took over."

Dean let out a breath. "At least he's free, has been since we took over three hundred and ten years ago. What happened to not looking a gift horse in the mouth?"

"Dean, you're talking about the most paranoid man in existence." Sam said with a laugh.

Dean smirked and said, "Lilith is still pissed at you."

"She can stay pissed. I don't care. She wanted to start the apocalypse, not going to let that happen. Have you been making sure no one gets to be offered the chance to pick up a knife?" Sam asked his brother, completely serious.

"Yeah, no righteous man will take up a knife now," Dean told his younger brother.

It was then the doors burst open, several demons dragged two women through the door. Two black eyed women. "Ruby? Meg?" he asked and looked up to the guards. "Explain!"

"Ruby made an attempt on Bobby Singer's life," one guard said.

"Megera attempted to torture the Harvelles," another guard said.

Dean seemed to smirk behind his brother as he pulled out a tool, a scalpel. "I think it's been a while since Alastair and I had new toys to play with. It's not that often that we get demons," He said in an all too malicious tone.

"Take them to the Pit," Sam ordered the guards.

Dean walked past Sam only to hear him say, "Show them no mercy."
