Today I broke the toe next to my big toe. I went to answer my cell phone which was on an end table... and I was sleeping and fell flat face off the bed and got my toe stuck in the railing (its a day bed). It is very purple and large. It's hard to walk on

file a report first. then, tell the people you bought it from that you did so. i imagine you'll be able to get your money back. then you can go somewhere else. if they give you shit about it, tell them you'll hire a lawyer.

The state of florida does not have a lemon law for used vehicles.
the only thing i can report is the odometer reading... which could have been the person who bought it before them that changed it.

i know that, but you can report the odom anyway and then call them. im saying it might make them take you seriously.

Only dealers have to do an odometer disclosure. A private individual-to-individual sale is strictly "as is" unless otherwise stated in writing. The threat might prompt some action through fear, but there is no legal weight behind it (unless the rollback was done during seller's ownership, which can be verified via Carfax/registration records). Got to check that stuff out before purchase, since it drops the value down to scrap prices. Best bet is to try to fix it.

As for the toe, splint it if you can, wrap it up if you cannot and elevate it at night with a cold pack...ice wrap. Take Tylenol 500mg for the pain.
