The palace
Well, remember how I told you we had an awesome rager on St Patty's day? Well, it got us kicked the fuck out. I woke up on monday to hear a knock on the door that was clearly the landlord, he knocks the same way every damn time, so naturally I didn't get up to answer it. Once I do get up, I see a little piece of paper on the floor with big bold letters at the top saying "Notice to Terminate Tenancy." Apparently, we have had the minimum 3 warnings, and the party was waaaay too loud. Granted, there were a lot of people here and we were all up until 4, and 3 tenants complained but hell, it was St Patty's day, it would be wrong not to party.
It's kind of funny, its an excuse for us to find an new apartment, and we have 30 days to do it. We could always use a new place to party.
