Brendon's therapist is Ryan's mom

I'm looking for a fic that I read a while ago.  It's definitely a ryden, but the details I can recall may not be dead on... I'm pretty sure Brendon didn't speak and he had therapy sessions and stuff.  He meets Ryan, who really helps him make progress, and then it turns out that Ryan's mom was Brendon's therapist.  Brendon's dad may have had a part too, but I could be wrong.

Any help would be soo appreciated.  I hate when I lose my favorite stories!!!
