I'm gonna try again because I still haven't found this fic and I've been looking for it for a while:
It was Brendon/Spencer, I'm pretty sure. And Bren was cutting because of how much he wanted Spencer, and Ryan (I think) told Spencer about it and they removed all the sharp objects that were in the bus/house.
After Spencer and Bren get together, they had gone to a club and Bren had been drugged and raped, and Spencer saw him and thought he was cheating.
None of Brendon's friends would listen to his explanation and it led to a suicide attempt and William or Jon found him in a bathtub. Brendon had kept his boxers on so that he friends wouldn't see him naked, I believe.
Any help at all with finding this fic would be amazing.
