Someone loses his memory and for some reason he thinks he's in a relationship with one of the other guys and stuff gets confusing. That is seriously all I remember, I'm so sorry! I think it's Jon/Spencer but it really could be any pairing.

It's not the GSF where Jon loses his memory temporarily, I know that much.

I know it's not much to work with but if anyone can help that would be great. Thanks!
