Emo rock act Panic! At the Disco is set to make a promotional appearance at Luckie's Dueling Piano Bar in Hampton on Thursday, Feb. 3.

From what I heard this morning on WROX, 96.1 and from an item on the 96X website, the appearance will include an invitation-only acoustic performance.
