So are you on FB's native platform: The PC.

Nope.
But I get 4GB a month on my phone for $40 and barely scratch that.

Don't many plans now include FB data free, anyway?

Agreed - FB has become too much hard work for what little content it delivers.

I rarely bother with the mobile app because it's shocking: really slow and very limited. I don't think I've ever had the patience to wait for my feed to load but I'm sure it's as bad as you say.
