Sadly, it's only of her back, but judging from the little bit we can see of her, it seems the film makers have based her outfit upon the one from the game. :)
Also...did you see where the cinematographer Maxime Alexandre said, "Devotees will finally be able to enter this realm along side of Heather, Vincent, Harry and Rose and experience the psychological horror and the fear of the unknown with them"? Looks like Vincent and Harry will be joining the cast of characters as well! :D
