[The good doctor today is sitting in the light, outside his laboratory, next to a covered examination table that he may or may not have built from the ground himself. His arms are folded over the top of the computer chair he's sitting in and he's wearing a small smile ( Read more... )

[Great job with presenting him with an opportunity, Doc.]

You shouldn't be threatening people you know. Or threatening to take away their, err, pets.

Hello, Canada~.

I'm assuming you mean N. He came onto my property and threatened me bodily before I laid a finger on him. I was under the impression you had sent him.

A shame you don't seem smart enough to figure out that I'm not the kind to send others to do my work. I do it myself. Anything between you and I is just that - between you and I. I will not drag anyone else in on it. I simply warned him about your misdeeds.

And even so, you're an adult. You should act like one instead of threatening teens and hurting them. Wonderful example there, Doctor.

[sigh]

He threatened me and then challenged me to a fight. I teach teenagers who are capable of fighting adults twice their strength and still win. I thought he was serious when he challenged me. And I only threatened him to keep him off my property.

Did you forget you're in another place entirely? People are boastful and prideful but it doesn't mean they're capable of the same feats as those back home. You can't apply the blanket statement of "Oh. Well it's like that back home." and expect it to fly very far here. [If he was as impulsive as his stupid brother, he'd come down and punch him but it's a good thing he isn't. He'll settle for words.]

I think you should apologise for hitting him. In a sincere manner.

I'm not going to apologize. He challenged me to a fight, and so I fought him.

["what part of "he started it" aren't you getting" is the tone behind that sentence.]

I didn't hit him very hard, anyways.

How do I keep forgetting you're the kind who'd punch a five year old if they challenged you to a fight, too. And then take off with their tricycle.

[Canada doesn't care. It was never a fair fight to begin with so it doesn't matter who started it. Had it been fair and even, then he wouldn't be so demanding.]

Yes, you're exactly right.

Is there anything else you needed?

We should work on your manners and people skills a bit. [In other words, he's saying that Stein lacks self control.]

Mmhm. [In other words, Stein disagrees.]

I've got a few patients to attend to. We'll have to finish this later.

I'll be down to visit. [Sorry Stein. There's no disagreeing allowed.]

Is something wrong with you? [he's seriously asking here, about wounds and stuff.]

[He better not harm her at all.]

That's fine. I'll wait in another room.

[Sorry Stein. His showing up is going to happen no matter what.]

Feel free. I'm not inside.

[he's going to ignore you for the patient now, Canada.]
