Clementine Pie!
A success! Needs tweaking on citrus, but is sweet, custardy, holds up.
Ingredients used:
3 eggs
1c. splenda
1 tblsp corn starch
2 tblsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
3/4c cream
1/4c clementine juice
5 shakes pumpkin pie spice
1 tblsp clementine zest
Next time, I would use a lot more zest. perhaps closer to 1/4 c of zest.
