how do you make those circles?

I used some pre-made light textures set to screen. (I fiddled around with them by erasing the parts that were interfering with the image, etc.) Unfortunatly I'm not sure who made them, but if you want to use those, I've uploaded them. There is also a tutorial for making them at icon_tutorial (here: http://ms-vogue.livejournal.com/4801.html) it's for photoshop, I believe. Hope that helps!
