Just got up from a weird dream. At the start, I was helping do a short video for popular video creator Freddie Wong and his partner Brandon. When I mentioned I had done some YouTube videos, they encouraged me to do more. I protested because mine weren't anywhere near the scope or as popular as theirs, but they said that didn't matter.
The video in the dream was, as many of theirs are, an action-filmed, and suddenly I was a member of a video game team that did air combat-sims, playing in big, full-sized fighter jet replicas. Of course, I was suddenly actually taxiing about (at folks' place, for some reason), and actually taking off. I fought some ground forces, then ended up on the ground, where I was now investigating a smuggling ring at a resort. I remember the bartender was friendly (even though I don't drink alcoholic drinks), but one of the guests was rude to everyone. I was looking around, noticed first the resort had a nice little arcade, then started to see people in fursuits. It turned out the resort was connected to a hotel that was hosting AthroCon (which I've never been to in real life). I decide to take advantage of somehow being there by looking for a friend so I could surprise them. I heard their voice at one point, but never actually found them. Then, a group in costume said they recognized me and wanted my autograph. Of course, I was sure they had me mistaken for someone else, and want them to tell me who they thought I was. That when I woke up.
Odd, right?
