GOD, people here listen to some weird-ass music. But it's ok, as long as I can steal it. I have over 2000 songs on my Itunes alone now. It's crazy. I should have a lot more tho. Considering I hauled my lappy all the way to Talon's yesterday (actually the day before) so we could network and steal eachother's music. I think what happened was... I got, like, a fifth of the songs I wanted to download, and then ran out of memory. DAMN YOU TINY HARDDRIVE!!!
Oh well. I'll survive. I've just got to do a bit of cleaning.
So yeah, I basically spent the whole weekend with Talon, coming home only to write a five page paper last night. Let's just say, it's not my best work. But I honestly don't know how one can get five full pages on ethics, consequentialism and non-consequentialism. Which by the way, are not interesting subjects. Not only that, but I thought I had picked a far more interesting topic, and it turns out that I did all my research on the boring topic. OH WELL. It's done. I can turn it in in half an hour, survive two more days of doing virtually nothing, and GO HOME FOR THANKSGIVING!
I literally cannot wait. ALso, my mom broke her leg. She texted me yesterday morning. AND SHE'S STILL DRIVING DOWN TO GET ME. I can't express how much I love that woman. I WANT TO SEE MY FAMILY!
I should be home Wednesday night. And Talon and I are trying to work it out so he can come, meet the family, and hopefully some of the friends as well. So if you're in town this weekend and you want to see me (and possibly my lover), you should mos def give me a call. I'm busy for sho Thursday and Friday night, but I'm going to try and get him either Friday or Saturday. YAY!
Thanksgiving is a fantastic holiday. I have SO much to be thankful for.
