I operate oddly.  I spent the last 6 months neglecting my physical being (not to mention most of my emotional and intellectual being).  The last two months I've been dragging my feet and ass around knowing I need to do something, anything, to get back in shape.  The badly sprained ankle (still swollen and sore) in October served as a good reason/ ( Read more... )

Wow, I thought my self disclosure today would leave me standing alone but it seems everyone has been having diet and exercise issues over the last 6 or so months.

you should try the jumprope; I heard it's good cardio. It's kinda fun too.

yea - I bought one a few years ago because I heard a 10 min jr session is the same workout as a 30 min run.
Only thing is... it's HARD to go that long!
Thanks for the reminder though. I'll have to dig it out.
