Bells and Whistles....
because it's party time. We're finally open for business.
hl_stills is finally up and running with our first icon challenge here .
First, take a look at the rules and check us out. There are 12 screencaps to choose from and you can enter up to 5 icons for the first contest.
For those (like me) who are not contributing artistically, but want to vote on the pretty new icons, keep an eye on the community as November 16 is the last day to get the icons in and shortly thereafter the voting will begin.
I hope we can make this (and keep it) fun for everyone.

EDIT: There have been some questions about joining the community. I asked mischief5 about it because this is really her community and she's the expert as she's been a member of icon contest communities in the past.
It's standard policy for only the mods to post the challenges and the winners. Members watch the community. It's set where you can post your entries (screened so no one else can see your comment) and everyone can vote.
But because she's a sweetheart, and because I was so confused - since I don't have a clue - she agreed to have it open to join. I don't think it's going to make a difference. Only that you won't be confused if you try to join and it tells you it's not open.
Btw, I'm really tickled that so many are going over to take a look. Mischief chose the screencaps and they are great. Can't wait to see all the new icons.
