a bit more schooling, a lot less drooling

just when we were having a record warm january, febuary started and it has snowed consistently since sunday. it was very pretty today though- not angry windy, wet syracuse gail snow- but calm, large clumps of snow falling very slowly. i wish i has time to go sledding, it would be ideal. oh yeah, i lost my sled last year somewhere between day hall and my current address- it was only a 5 dollar plastic toboggan. not a big deal.

i've been feeling pretty weird lately. nothing's wrong in specific. oh well.

i want my show to open- that's been bugging me, because i keep forgetting i'm doing it- and i haven't been slacking either, there's just not much to think about- especially after 'tenor' where i was in throws of anxiety until it closed. either i've grown as a designer(doubtful) or this show is really as small as i thought. ALSO- i know it's been a year since i got this assignment and i should not still be upset about this- but my GOD do i wish we had done 'bat boy' instead of this. I'm listening to it right now and it is so fun. yes- gasp- a bit more fun that shakespeare.

oh, back to my victorian mechanical texts and my concept that a mutli-set production of 'pygmalion' can be motorized by hamsters in the proscenium.
