I have a fallen arch in my left foot.

So I won't be doing anymore hiking this summer .... :-(

I hope you're feeling better soon- do you need to get orthotic inserts or something?

We went to the pharmacy this morning, got some inserts, and I am doing much better.

But I am still going to have to give up hiking for a while. Which blows, but I need to get this taken care of because I stand all day.
