Christianity has in recent times been badly misrepresented by its professed adherents and adversaries alike to be a rigid moral code, a reactionary anti-science cultural movement, or a source of secret knowledge for achieving personal success.
It is none of those things. It is instead better understood as a means by which communities of flawed people living in a flawed world can become vessels for the propagation of that great and singular Good which is, paradoxically, both beyond and within themselves.
Red Bank Community Church is, I hope, such a community.
