How will they be helpful?

Children are the most influenced of humans- an adult would be difficult to waver over to our cause, as they would not have the required abilities for the best part of the time. Children also have the best physical condition, and can easily learn any of the lessons in life. That, and children are easily molded to suit a purpose. Their abilities will be helpful.

And I'm sure an adult would be fairly disturbed by the fact they are the only adults, no? They might even abondon a team, which would not be a good thing in the long run.

Given the extent of... recent regretable losses, the more people to take up arms is advantagous.

They'll need training, but then, newcomers always do.

Will missions be issued as normal?

I'm sure our few officers will be up to the task. Jenny being one of them- I may have to call you and a few others forth, as well. Your swordmanship is a fine example.

For the time being, those with the experience will be out on missions, and training will take place for a few days. Any other missions that.. crop up will be mentioned here, and anyone who will be taking part in them. For teh most part, it will remain as normal.
