seasonal tidings
I'm so incredibly happy for fall. It's the one time of the year that can really keep my spirits up. There are so many things I love about fall: cool, crisp air, cute coats, scarves, silly knit hats, autumnal treats, Halloween, candy corn, costumes, colorful trees... So much better than Christmas, because then it is colder and you keep expecting really cool gifts and I hate thinking about things like that. Halloween and Thanksgiving are simple. And the food is better.
Since I'm feeling a bit festive I made some "mini" mix playlists! By "mini" I mean the mixes have ten or less songs, so they are neat little happy packages. The tracklists and zips are under the cut. The music includes lots of different artists from Fleet Foxes to The Pipettes to David Bowie. There are three playlists: Cosmos, Autumn and Winter. The Cosmos' tracklist's songs have more literal titles than the Autumn and Winter. For those two I chose songs that really put in the mood for that particular season. I hope everyone feels the same way about the songs and how I make the connections!
