(no subject)
Is it just me, or am I the only one who thinks Missy Higgins is wonderful?
I haven't found the time to be around very much to read/comment/post lately, but hopefully I'll be able to get the chance to, soon. There are a few entries that I've managed to skim over and that I need to comment, so hopefully by the weekend I can get everything into gear.
Just quickly before I head off to bed (and in point form just because):
- I've finally gotten around to setting up my domain for my music, which hopefully will be completely set up by mid November. I have some time off work then, and I hope to start recording some music to share with everybody.
- Though that part is coming soon, I've also recently set up a message board, after several hours of frustrated colour customisation. Everybody please do me a favour and maybe register please? But only if you want to. :[
- And I was supposed to post this way back in July when it was actually recorded, but back then, there was a birthday project for Michelle Branch, and I ended up recording my own version of her song "It's You" to be included on the birthday CD. I will admit it's not the best recording, but if you'd like, you can take a listen here, and if you do, please let me know what you think. :[ I know it's not the best recording and I can hear where I've stopped/started singing (would you believe the line "trace the steps with my fingertips" took 45 minutes alone? o_O), but then again, I never said I had the voice of an angel. ;D
Mm. I feel an Australian Idol rant coming up, later. I promise I'll catch up by the weekend. Goodnight. :)
