Loud noises were made outside, as nearby people were startled at this particular guest. However, he took it all in stride. With a whistle on his beak, he walked inside...a guitar on his back, and a bottle in each hand.

And did I forget to mention he was a rooster?

"HOLA AMIGOS!" He called out, without much warning.

Tsunade poked her head out into the hallway when she heard all the racket. When she saw the rooster making the racket, she went back in the room.

"Panchito, how wonderful to see you," she greeted, a faint smile on her face.

Panchito happily followed her, like an obedient puppy. "Such noise...they act like they've never seen such a handsome fellow."

He leaned up,putting the bottles on a table. "And, as promised...Tequila!"

"I think they're more surprised by all the noise at this time of night," she told him. "Normally they only hear loud noise during the day."

She looked down at the bottles filled with a gold liquid.

"Tequila, huh? Never had this before."

She picked one up and opened it easily. Pouring some out in a glass, Tsunade sipped at it.

"Hm... not bad."

Yuuko was entering with some fanfare, bursting through the doors, her arms laden with bottles of alcohol and a bright grin on her face. She scanned the room, looking for the hostess, and approached her.

"Why, hello, Tsuande! Such a lovely night, and what a WONDERFUL idea it was to have a gambling party!"

"Yuuko!" Tsunade exclaimed, her eyes brightening at the number of bottles in her arms. "Thanks! You can put the bottles ont he table over there."

She pointed over to the food tables where she could set them down.

Yuuko grinned and floated gracefully over to the table, where she set down the bottles.

She turned around to face Tsuanade again, a wicked grin on her face. "So! What's first?"

"Hm... there's slot machines in the other room until we get enough people to play poker or some other card game," she informed Yuuko. "Or you can stay in here and help yourself to food and drinks."

Tsunade finished off her tequila and opened one of Yuuko's bottles. She poured some into the glass and drank some.

"This is good stuff, what is it?"

Seeming to appear out of nowhere, Saki was in a dark red and black kimono, her hair tied up in a tight, braided bun on the back of her head. There was a bundle wrapped in red in her arms, and though she carried it like a child, it was too small around, too slender, and not crying.

Tsunade looked around the room and spotted a young woman who had appeared out of nowhere.

"Can I help you?" she asked, eying her warily.

"You are the hostess," said Saki calmly, bowing faintly. "My name is Saki Hanajima. I have come to partake in your night of gambling." Taking the red away from the bundle in her arms, Saki presented the tall bottle of sake to the blonde woman. "Sake," she explained, "Koshu."

Tsunade's eyes widened in delight as she took the bottle and set it on the table

"Welcome to the party," she said brightly. "Feel free to help yourself to food and... drink if you're 18 or older."

She gave the girl an appraising glance.

"How old are you?"

Lady arrives slightly late, sneaking in through the door to see that most guests have already arrived. She looks around, verifying that she's unfamiliar with most of them. Not good news for a gambler who likes to get used to someone's facial patterns. She's left Kalina Ann at home, but she's still packing more heat than any average person would.

Tsunade finally spotted Lady and walked over to her.

"Nice to see you."

"Ah, yeah. My bad, I'm late." She informed a little offhandedly. She looked around, gaze tentative. "Are we waiting on anyone else?"

"That's alright, there's a few that still aren't here yet," she replied. "Shawn, Dionysus, Jack Frost, and Eros are supposed to come, but if they aren't here in about fifteen minutes, we'll start off the card games without them."

Tsunade took a long drink from her glass of wine.

"For now you can help yourself to food or drinks, and there's slot machines in the other room too if you want."

He stepped into the administration building, nose wrinkling as he observed the changes made to the meeting rooms.

"... Hokage-sama?" he called, as soon as he caught sight of Tsunade.

Tsunade looked up from the plate she was putting together in surprise.

"Neji? What are you doing here?"

"Security," the young jounin said, his tone respectful. But the reproachful look he gave the Hokage said something else entirely.

"Suit yourself," she shrugged, ignoring the Hyuuga boy's expression. "Maybe you could keep Jiraiya company."

She pointed a thumb over her shoulder to where the the old sannin was standing with a small glass of the tequila Panchito brought.
