Progress
I hung up clothes (mine and Alex's) until I ran out of hangers. Tomorrow my dresser will be delivered and I can put some clothes in there. I still think another trip to the dollar store for more hangers is in order though. Still, it feels good to be able to start living my life outside of storage bins for the first time in years.
I swept today, too. This weekend is going to be mopping, I think. Trying to muster up the willpower to go wash the dishes.
Been playing homebrew RPGs again. It's funny how these games kick the asses of so many professional RPGs I've played. Ara Fell is a great game and I'm sad that the series was never completed. :/ ONYX is another good one though I managed to get completely stuck on that one. Everlong is pretty good, too. I think my favorite is still Laxius Power though. <3
I'm feeling the need for Torchwood so I'll probably be grabbing CoE soon. After all the fandom wank, I'm curious and I like Torchwood a lot so~ Catching up on Torchwood. \o/
Still need to sort out Alex's school stuff. x_x Tomorrow's going to be phone call day for me, I think.
I have new sheets for the first time in years. \o/ They're light blue and floral print. I also have light blue bath slippers to go with my light green bathrobe.
I'm running a blank on what to do for my birthday besides bake a cake. I think the realization I have a roof over my head and a completely functional stove has eclipsed everything else for the time being.
Thinking about dumping some of my old/homeless muses into the fray over at tennisdressing when I have more energy/time. I've had a PoT dressing room comm set up for a year now and I've done nothing with so more power to these guys. XD; I've always wanted to try a dressing room game but been very meh over the thought of maintaining one myself.
