Spring Break
Im ready to go home already. I probably wont be here for long. Good thing I only packed for this weekend. So this weekend was weird. Friday, Emblem stayed over at our apartment, things were awkward of course. Wish there was a way to eliminate the awkwardty but there isnt. I got a little tipsy to some Rum and Coke to forget my woes. Im a sad soul, I know. The next morning I woke up at 830 am and started my way to Houston for my Grandma's wedding. I saw frikin Chris Richey, my old gay neighbor, on the road and he said he was going to LA. Im so mad that everyone can frikin go across the country for Spring Break. ie Jeff and Matt, both in New York.
The wedding
Never go to a Jehovah's Witnesses wedding. So different. This is my grandmother's fourth wedding at 63. All the wedding party had to be witnesses, so none of the family was in it. When the minister said "And who gives this woman away?" one old man stood up and no one had the slightest idea who he was. My dad wasnt allowed to attend the wedding reception because he basically got excommunicated when he took our family out of "THE TRUTH" when I was younger. Yet, we still were allowed to attend. It was good to see my Louisiana family. We are such a pretty family. HEHHE. And I asked about roots. When ppl ask me what Im mixed with I will say there is white, french, and cherokee in my family. White, I KNOW!
Today I spent the day with my father and brother as we shopped around for weight set for my brother. Dont know what he did to deserve this, but OKAY. I just wish everytime I got money it didnt have to go straight to bills.
