This is taken from my friend Dave's blog. The goal is to fill in the blank. Try it.
If I and others bought into _____________, everything would change.
If I and other bought into peace, everything would change.
Buying into peace would mean more than stopping all wars on a global scale. Buying into peace would mean a recognition and acceptance of the fact that life is, essentially, good. And what’s more-the grandeur of this goodness is only limited by our capacity for imagination! We can make our short human lives AS GOOD AS WE WANT! ...and that it is our individual (as well as collective) goal to help others.
Buying into peace would mean hunger would end.
Buying into peace would require us to replace our grimaces with smiles, and to put down our cell phones for a minute and embrace the guy who just held the door for you at Boston Market. This would involve a revolution on earth. Of respecting and caring for everyone-no matter what race, gender, religion, etc.

Right now I’m reading 1984 (for the first time, can you believe it?), and I wholeheartedly agree with the idea that it is entirely POSSIBLE for equality to become a reality on earth. It is possible.
