Snowflakes falling...

I think a lot when I'm in Nebraska. It could be a blessing or a curse. But either way, I think. A lot.

Right now my life is kind of like one of those "choose your own adventure" books. You get about halfway through the next chapter and then you have to make a choice to see where it's going to lead. I'm approaching my choice, I have so many roads to take, and they all appear dangerous. I guess that's because of all the uncertainty.

Despite the usual holiday blues, a few noteworthy things have happened since I've been here. The main one is that my mom invited Andrea to come to dinner with my family. When the topic of Andrea's German major came up, my grandfather responded (loudly in the restaurant) by "HAIL ANDREA" and doing the nazi salute.
Sometimes family can be hilarious.

Rock Band is awesome.

I have a smanchy new haircut and even smanchy-er colors, black and red a-la-Andrea. Nothing like doing your hair the day before you see 50 family members who already think you're weird. AND getting it all colored up right before you go in to have your passport picture taken. Nice.

I haven't gotten any of my homework done, my feet freeze at night sleeping on this inflatable bed, Will and Grace is the only thing on TV, and tomorrow will be a very long day.
