Need beta readers of upcoming Gypsy/Mulholland Drive fic
I have an upcoming fic which I think is long overdue. Always wanted to write a Mulholland Drive fic since it was my favourite movie of 2001. However I wouldn't begin fic writing until much later. Then this summer Mulholland Drive star Naomi Watts returns back to her roots that made her famous with the Netflix show Gypsy.
This show has both made me fall in love with a f/f couple again (both Naomi Watts and Sophie Cookson are the leads of this show which is a nice change), as well as single handily rekindled my writing muse. It actually did such a good job at bringing back my muse that while I was about 6 pages or so into the story, I watched the two recent Star Wars movies and kind of got sidetracked into wanting to write a Star Wars fic too. However after taking a look to see news about the show, I found out just a few hours ago that the series got cancelled by Netflix just yesterday. (Why must this always happen?!)
However as part of my grief, I'm now more determined than ever to uphold my tribute to the show and am moving forward with the Gypsy/Mulholland Drive story. So anyone here interested? If you too love Gypsy, even better as it would help fuel me.
