Summary: Emma has just moved into the halfway house and sworn to stay out of trouble. After being betrayed by her ex in a series of dramatic events, all she wants is a job, a home and a quiet life by herself. She hopes to achieve this before Christmas. All the more reason to stay away from Jayce Turner, the new woman in the house, but loneliness and curiosity lead Emma off her intended path--and possibly into danger.
