Nowadays, with most fan-fiction finding its way to the mass archives or chasing around tumblr or such places, it's getting harder to find all the gems that are out there. Fortunately, there is a solution to that, and it's something we probably all do anyway: make recommendations.
People like things and favourite things all the time, but unless you happen to be following that person you're not necessarily going to know about the phenomenal new Swan Queen fic they've just read or the Rizzles video that had them crying with laughter.
