It appears that ABC's Women's Murder Club WILL RETURN for the 2008-2009 Season....however, one or two of the producers may or may not return with it.

UPDATE: The Show is on a very very "iffy" bubble...might I suggest the letter writting campaign.....BTW: Lindsay/Cindy Shippers.....voice how you'd love to see them be CANNON!! ;)

3 of them will not be returning with it. I was looking for info on wether or not the show would return and an artcile said that 3 of the producers had been let go, but it never really stated the reason.

This is an old article. At the bottom it says it was posted back in January One of the writers mentioned on her blog tonight that she was told to clean out her desk and that the sets were being torn down. Both showrunners were let go. I think ABC has pulled the plug, unfortunately. I wonder if there is a way for us to get another network to pick it up? Maybe Lifetime or USA?

I think ALL THE SHOWS except Private Practice have the "....Beyond that, the future of the show TBD (To Be Determined)!" And Journeyman and Bionic Woman have the "No more episodes expected, ever!"....and Heroes and Chuck will not have any new episodes until next season...so, panic at this point will drive you crazy, because ABC probably won't have any news on returning shows UNTIL late April!! ;)

I wish it were still on the bubble. This is what one of the writers had to say... "Got an email this morning alerting me that I needed to clean out my offices at WOMEN'S MURDER CLUB. They are striking the sets."

There is also an article in Variety today about the showrunners being let go. I don't mean to be a downer, but it sounds like ABC has axed it. I'm all for a letter writing campaign to bring it back. Maybe we could send in Hershey kisses for the whole Kiss-Me-Not killer story. Just a thought...
