behind motion is motivation. motion must have meaning otherwise inaction would rule. law of inertia, things will do what they are already doing until an outside cause alters their state. motion must have meaning. meaning should imply progress, should it not? if we do something we must think it's the best idea at the time. i suppose being mistaken may hamper that though. if we are mistaken that what we think is best really isnt, then maybe it isnt progress. so motion doesnt imply progress, just meaning. hm. this is messy. im going to drive and organize.
