Appointment in Samarra (6X11)
I was wondering what Dean had wrote to Ben, of all people to write which would possibly be Dean last words is Ben? check out the city (Battlecreek) ironic since their life is a hella battle. I also wonder if Lisa would have held it, read it all, or immediately gave the letter to Ben after realizing it was from Dean. I know Dean feels awful for scaring Ben and still wants to be apart of his life. In his lifetime aside from Sam, Ben is the next best thing to family, I still think he should get an DNA test, the earlier time when they met in TKAA they were so much a like, Ben was a Dean mini-me.
Super late, just brief thoughts of the episode in general.
Fuck yeah! Tessa and Balthazar, who else wants to smack the hell out of Sam? oh did you want to hug him? Wow he went to Balthazar for help to not get his soul back and turning against Bobby? grrrrr!!! that mofo tried to kill him, not his fault right? hmmm not buying it. It should be obvious to zombie Sam that both Dean and Bobby care about him rather he feels it our not but he wants to remain a empty shell?...anywho, Death was hella cool and no one to fuck with lol, he is intense and lets Dean know when he gets out of line, and yeah he loves cheap food lol.
This ep was sorta repetative, Sam locked up before forced to detox from the demon blood, he was crazed then and now even crazier not wanting his soul back. So they force him? will Death really get it back and how will Sam turn out in the end? questions, questions. After all this no way could he ever be the same, playing with the mind is gambling esp with 75 percent chance. Sam may just scratch that wall against Death advice, we may have to say bye bye to Puppy!Sam forever. Also repetitive when Dean died IMTOD he ran around with Tessa and again they rock the town lol.
Dean being death was conflicting but cool at the same time and as always he wants to save everyone, the hero complex he has is gonna drive him insane, sometimes ya just gotta let the things fall where they may, not much of a cliffy but was an ok episode.
