With all the stressing out i've been doing in the past couple weeks, I need to learn to listen to my mother. Everything will work out. The money is there, and even more so, it is coming you way. I was awarded a $2500 scholarship today from the Communication Department. I could not be happier. Even better, I got to spend the afternoon with my parents whom I have not had quality time with in months. We went out for dinner and not only was the food amazing, we had great conversations. :]
My dad just called me after getting home and told me that he got to talking with my mother and they agreed to pay for my last month's rent for school because of my hard work and so I could concentrate harder on my studies. So amazing. This gives me so much more incentive to study. and even more so, I don't have to feel forced to pick up shifts or overwhelmed when I don't make a lot of money.
This too, shall pass. and with the semester finally winding down, and the nice weather coming my way, I am so thankful that things are starting to look clear once more.
