[Ichabod sat in his study and faced the wall with a nearly blank expression. Everything that he worked so hard to achieve seemed now like a memory that started to creep back into his mind. He looked over his notes with a lazy hand on the papers. He didn't bother to lock the door nor did he fight the drone that wanted to come into his private sanctuary to talk to him about her day of shopping and poorly conducted budget ideas. He really didn't seem all that interested but he did nod his head as a polite response at the very least.

His mind drifted to the thoughts of his sons. He missed them terribly and the first thought that came to his mind was spending time with them regardless of his workload. He stood up and left the drone sitting in the chair as she babbled on with her nonsense.]

Boys! I would like us to go to the park today.

[The drone still continued on with her talking and Ichabod turned on his heel and glared at her.]

Not now. I have some bonding time. Please leave me be.

[The drone pouted and moved off to do her daily chores. Ichabod simply rolled his eyes in near disgust that he would have to sleep with that woman. His own droning experience left him now with new plans and a new motive.]

damn the bad luck, droning, not now woman. home, c: red sniper
