Just finished reading chapter two at Fiction Alley, and now I come with questions. (Feel free not to answer if you want it to be a surprise for your readers.) Is this going to be a novel-length fic? Will you write more about Snape's school years, or are you going back to 1979, or somewhere else, next? I'm just curious (and can't wait for the next update). :)

Thanks for your FA review. I hope MWPP will not be too conventional in the next chapters, if only because I think I've already used up all the information I could get about them from the books. The rest will have to come from my imagination. :)

I'd say the story is going to be pretty close to novel-length. I've planned approximately twenty chapters, but each chapter is turning out to be fairly long, so word-wise, it may well be a book.

I'm going to alternate between chapters concerning Snape's sixth year (1975-76) and chapters following him from the end of Apothecary and Auror up to the point when he is inducted into the DE's (1979-80).

If Book 7 doesn't come along and joss them, I've also got a few ideas for a sequel to Into the Fold which tells how and why Snape came to work for Dumbledore.

I'm happy to hear it will be long, and I really like the idea of alternating eras in different chapters. Let's hope Book 7 won't spoil all the fun with sequels and such... :D
