Icons Explanations and a Meme of my own creation...

This is my "Portal" icon, which is ironic because I've never played the game. (As soon as I get decent technology, I probably will.) I picked out this icon because the uniqueness and also because I fell in love with Portal as soon as I heard the ending theme, the sequel has a pretty good one too. Both are pinned by Johnathan Coulton, a favorite songwriter of mine that gets so much recommendation from me, cause he's a genius with a song.
Speaking of musicians I absolutely adore, this is Emilie Autumn from her cover art of Laced/Unlaced, which is so f'ckin beautiful, not using it as a icon would be heresy. You don't know Emilie Autumn? You should. You totally should. Not only is she the most BAMF of a female to grace a violin, but her singing isn't that bad either.
This is Audrey Ramirez, from Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire. This is one of many of my 'sarcastic' icons, also notable because I think I look like Audrey... kind of, well it's the closest to an actual depiction of me in Disney. (We got the same blank sarcastic stare!)
This is Stocking, from Panty Stocking with Garterbelt. (My newest anime obsession, and I give my total recommendation if you like your anime unique and cracky as all hell.) This is a good general 'blogging to blog' icon, which Stocking is actually doing in this scene. Also I'm jealous of her laptop. I want one! :(
This is from Superjail, and yes that is the Warden riding that creature. It's the first time you see him in the series and frankly it tells you everything to need to know about him: he and Superjail are made of crazy awesome, and you shouldn't care. XD Well, that and stuff like this. >_> And that is why I chose that icon.
I needed a good 'so happy I could dance' icon, and this screencap from Cool World fits the bill.
