I received this email a couple of day ago:
Good News, we are able to ship cigs again to US.
But right now there is limitation only 1 carton in 1 package, so if you ordering 4 cartons, i will send them into 4x shipments, around 2-3 days between each shipment.

Not great pricing. Charging $10 shipping per carton.
Personally I never doubted Derwin. Some might have lost money because he closed shop. It really wasn't his fault. The problem is now and always US CUSTOMS. Just think about it. Customs does not commonly send the products back to the sender. They confiscate! If everyone is getting refunds and Derwin loses the product, he loses a great deal. It cleaned him out. The same thing happened to Freddy at ebalishop...
Derwin resent packages without ever asking for extra for shipping. Some of those packages were never returned to him.
Both of these men are reliable.
Personally I trust Derwin as I trusted Freddy. The problem lies with US CUSTOMS. Something needs to be done about them. It's not the vendors.
